Spot on! Not a conspiracy theory. Actually, the phrase was originally created by the CIA to draw attention away from the matter being discussed or dealt with. Many conspiracy theories of the past 30 years were found to be true with more investigation. So, the phrase "conspiracy theory" is often a red herring used to distract and mislead the inquirer. When I hear that phrase, it makes me want to look at the subject in more depth.

This was laid out in the Kalergi Plan dating back to the early 1920’s. At it’s essence it’s a Jewish plan.
